Just bought a 2022 Highlander and I have to say another great experience here. I been with Norwalk Toyota for 6+ years and they really want to make the customer happy. I was comfortable with the salesman Edwin right away and the manager Jonathan got to where we could shake hands. The finance woman was outstanding as well. I always recommend Norwalk Toyota to anyone that is looking for a vehicle. They have a customer for life in me.

I left my Camry for its first 6 month service. It was such an easy experience. I drove up to leave my car in the service line. My information was taken. I waited for my car to be finished. It was finished in less than an hour and a half. It was a very easy and pleasant experience. I was very happy with my service from everyone involved. I am a happy customer.

I can't say enough about the great experiences I've had at Norwalk Toyota. The times I've visited, they were able to service my car the same day. They even offer shuttle service to and from the dealership if needed. During these hard times, the shuttle service alone for transportation is invaluable! The customer service is amazing, they are very friendly and always provide me all the guidance I need at this dealership. I feel like the service advisors are always open to listen to my concerns about my vehicles needs and they always meet my expectations.
